If you require our services for longer than the pre-purchased amount of hours, then additional payment must be made 30 minutes prior to time extension by proof of bank transfer. Minimum hire of four (4) hours. Payment is made in advance of services rendered. If booking is made with less than four hours notice a 20% surcharge applies to the hire rates. A full refund is available if services are cancelled with more than 48 hour’s notice. If the services are cancelled with less than 48 hour’s notice of the agreed service start time, then a cancellation fee of $50 (including GST) will be applicable, the balance of pre-payments will be refunded. If services are cancelled with less than two (2) hour’s notice of the agreed service start time, then a cost of four (4) hours per guard hired will be applicable, the balance of pre-payments will be refunded.
